VisionMath is great for homeschooling children that are learning math and also for public school children that need extra practice in a safe environment. The VisionMath app offers a learning level called Show Me that visually teaches equations in a manner similar to flash cards. The next level called Whiz, allows the student to type the answer to the equation. Then, when ready, the student may Quiz themselves. The student controls the maximum value of number offered in a random set of 10 problems for each level. The simplicity and color scheme have been designed to provide a positive visual experience that will remain in memory to further enhance learning math.

Ages 5 – 10

Use the slide bar to choose the maximum value of number in a given set. Every set has 10 problems.

Choose the operation you wish to practice.

Then choose from Whiz, Show Me, or Quiz.

Whiz:
Whiz assumes you know your math skills. You will be asked to type the answer to the equation. If the typed answer is correct, you will receive a green check mark and the word Next will appear at the bottom of the screen to allow you to move on. If the answer is incorrect, you will be unable to move forward until the correct answer is typed in. Simply touch the answer to bring up the number pad and try again!

ShowMe:
ShowMe works like flashcards. The math problem will be presented with the correct answer. Click Next after studying the equation. The next screen will present the same equation with 2 answer choices. The correct answer will allow you to move on to the next problem. An incorrect answer will let you know the answer is incorrect.

Quiz:
Quiz offers the opportunity to test math skills. A correct answer will result in moving forward to the next equation. An incorrect guess will be marked incorrectly. After the set of 10 is completed, the students score of 70 or above will result in encouragement.
